Our new seasonal menu has been live for a while now and this is our latest entry - banana bread latte.

We’re layering caramel, banana & hazelnut syrups with our signature espresso and a cinnamon finish.

Apple & CInnamon - chosen because it’s the combination everyone already knows from a crumble, then rebuilt with sponge and texture in mind.

We’re looking for someone to join the team across both our roastery and Canal St Coffee.

Saturdays | 8:15am–1:30pm | Doe & Fawn Roastery

Sundays | 12pm–6pm | Canal St Coffee MK

Saturday mornings at the roastery are special to us.

Every weekend we open the doors and invite people into our world. Coffee lovers, regulars, curious newcomers. It’s our chance to connect more deeply with the people who drink our coffee, share what we do, and better understand the people who support us.

You might be helping with tours and cupping sessions, talking coffee with customers, packing retail orders, or supporting the team behind the scenes.

Then on Sundays, you’ll be at Canal St.

Our flagship café. Fast paced, busy, full of energy and hospitality. Pulling espresso, managing workflow, creating our signature toasties, serving brunch and helping deliver the kind of café experience people come back for.

We’re looking for someone who loves coffee, but also loves people.Someone who enjoys variety.Someone who wants to be part of a team.

Because for us, coffee has never just been about coffee.

It’s about hospitality.Community.Connection.And bringing our café and roastery closer together so customers and team alike feel more connected to what’s in the cup.
