When "dodgy" money like this circulates, it hits the high street hard. Independent shops already face tight margins, and losing hard-earned cash to scams directly affects our ability to keep doors open, support staff, and serve the community. It forces everyone to be suspicious, which ruins the friendly community vibe we all love.
Please double-check your cash, look out for each other, and stay vigilant!
