Barista Job Description :

Make coffee according to 222 standards and serve them to the customers.

Learn to operate the Till management system and successfully take orders.

Learn to operate the TILL to perform tasks like discounting items when needed, opening the TILL at the start of the day to set it, closing the TILL at the end of the day, managing offers, product update and knowledge.

Follow the Rotations set by the Manager.

Stay hygienic and follow the uniform standards of 222.

Follow covid safety rules for yourself, the customers and coworkers.

Thoroughly clean the work environment when on duty.

Stay on top of offers and inform customers about it.

Water filling and waste management. Filling water cans at the start of the duty and emptying waste water at the end of the duty.

Keep the manager thoroughly informed on all the happenings at the work place.
