A little note from all of us here at The Elmer...

Giving you the very best service is our absolute priority — and that will always be the case.

But with temperatures soaring this week, we want to take a moment to ask for your patience and kindness towards our wonderful team.

Our waitresses, bar staff and kitchen crew are working incredibly hard in this extreme heat to make sure your experience is everything it should be. Our kitchen alone runs 15–20° hotter than outside, so every meal that reaches your table is a real labour of love right now.

We're making sure everyone gets regular breaks to stay safe and well — so they can keep giving you the service you deserve.

Please be kind. Be patient. Stay hydrated. 🤍
