Last night we had the honour of having one of Akbar’s originals in the kitchen. Master Chef Kala Khan showed us how it’s done, creating a massive family naan🫓 🍽️

Kala was one of two original chefs when we opened the first Akbar’s in Bradford, way back in 1995. Since then, he’s helped train our chefs and lends his magic in our kitchens when needed. 🔥
