I have 3lb to go for my 3 stone - walked 30 miles in the last week & I still can't lose it! My goal is to reach it by the end of my walk - October 31st - fingers crossed! My breast nurse is sending out my new prothesis today which I've been patiently awaiting from Germany - I've gone from an Amoena breast form size 11 to an Amoena breast form size 8 - which I'm very happy about!

Day 8 of 31! Complete! Approx 30 miles now walked! 4.6 miles walked this morning with my Aunty & Uncle who came over from Brecon. My Uncle is 76 who has been very poorly but is loving & living his life and walked 4.6 miles with me no problem! Thank you for joining me! Thank you also for your donation which I'll add later. Greg paid tribute to the pink ribbon with a pink ribbon on his hiking stick! We were also joined by Riley the dog!

I have walked 25 miles in the last 7 days for Breast Cancer Now! 75 miles to go. I'd really appreciate any sponsorship to support me & my charity 'Breast Cancer Now'. 🩷

Please read ⬇️ This October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. I would like to walk 3 miles a day to raise money for Breast Cancer Now. I have done this before by myself but I'm thinking to try to make it more meaningful this year.

I'm wondering if I could get 31 people (one person a day, 31 days of October) to volunteer their time to walk with me - 3 miles. Walking & talking is great for physical and mental health and it gives off camaraderie vibes! It's also a super pretty time of year to be walking!

Each day

🩷Meet me in Cyfarthfa Park/Garwnant/Brecon and walk 3 miles with me at a relaxed pace... (if the distance becomes too much that's absolutely fine & I will make up for it later in the day or if the distance is impossible we can meet for a cuppa & catch up) 🤩
🩷Let's chat about everything and anything!
🩷Wear something pink!
🩷Smile for a selfie with me at the end of our walk so I can make a wonderful collage of human togetherness!

⭐️We both get to exercise, breathe in fresh air, have a mental offload & a sense of togetherness, belonging and connection!

I just need the companionship & community spirit. Don't be shy, let me know if you fancy a date below. Even if breast cancer is not on your agenda, cancer in general affects us all in some capacity xx

This also gives me chance to catch up on old and new friendships and/or get to know any of my lovely followers/customers better 🩷

Another good point is daylight hours are closing in and we all need a hit of vitamin D for our mood!
