The Seafood Trail Cymru 🐟 Y Llwybr Bwyd Môr Cymru

Yesterday we joined dozens of local fishers, research scientists, restaurant operators, tourism ambassadors & other local stakeholders at the wonderful kitchen garden for a networking evening arranged by .

It was wonderful to feel the energy & enthusiasm for the continuation of the project in Gwynedd, as it also expands further into Ynys Môn & Conwy through 2026 & into 2027!
cymru is continuing to inspire local collaboration, education, awareness, & tourism opportunities, highlighting the incredible seafood & those who champion & celebrate it here in North West Wales.

It’s a special project - if you haven’t caught wind of it yet, do find out more through their socials channels - & we look forward to offering our continued support through the coming year at Dylan’s!

Am penwythnos! | What a weekend! ☀️

The sun has been shining on North Wales this Bank Holiday, & we’ve loved every minute of welcoming you all to Dylan’s Menai Bridge, Criccieth, Llandudno, Conwy, & Barmouth.

We hope you’ve all enjoyed your meals, & had a chance to try some of the new dishes - we’ve noticed Dyl’s Dirty Wings have been going down a storm!
