As many of you know, our Family Fun Day was held in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital, but we also had The White Lion's Choice charity donation.

This year, we chose to donate it to Sharon in recognition of everything she does for our community. She works tirelessly behind the scenes helping local families throughout the year, and her Christmas hamper appeal makes a real difference to so many people in our town.

We wanted to give something back to someone who gives so much to our community.

Thank you to everyone who came along, donated and supported the day. Your generosity has helped us support both an incredible national charity and an amazing local lady who does so much for others. ❤️

Darts is back at The White Lion! 🎯

The 2026/27 Melton Club Darts League fixtures are here, and we're looking forward to another great season!

Our first match is on Monday 28th September, and we'd love to see plenty of support. Whether you're a darts fan, a regular, or just fancy a good night out, come down, cheer the team on, and enjoy the atmosphere.

We're also still on the lookout for a few more players to join the White Lion Darts Team. You don't have to be a pro – if you enjoy darts and fancy being part of a friendly, competitive team, come and have a chat.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our Family Fun Day! ❤️
Especially Jackie Hazeldine who slogged her guts out to make it so amazing.

What an amazing day it turned out to be. We couldn't have done it without every single one of you who came down, joined in the fun, bought raffle tickets, and helped support such a fantastic cause.

A huge shout out to all the local businesses and individuals who kindly donated raffle prizes, gifts and their time. Your generosity was incredible and it really helped make the day such a success.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, helped behind the scenes, and to all the families who spent the day with us. Seeing the pub full of smiles, laughter and people coming together is exactly what it's all about.
