Huge Congratulations Caitlin & Oliver
Who tied the knot at the beautiful Wedderlie House on Saturday.

Caitlin sent her ideas and of course I added some of mine adding both fresh and faux flowers complimenting their wild flower themed wedding perfectly.

Their stunning three tiered cake consisted of :
Lemon 🍋 with white chocolate ganache buttercream and raspberry
Chocolate with chocolate ganache.
Red velvet cake with white chocolate ganache.

9 years ago I made Brooke's 21st birthday cake and today she celebrated her 30th !!!!
This is todays elegant black and gold chocolate cake and the two tiered cake I made for her 21st ###
Thanks again Claire for your lovely feedback it really is such a pleasure to be part of your celebrations but I can't believe its 9 years GEE!!!! 🙏

Angela & Pete married on Saturday in Kelso
Beautiful 3 tiered wedding cake which was finished in fondant.
Red velvet with white chocolate ganache buttercream
Caramel with caramel and biscoff
Lemon with lemon buttercream
Loved the flowers, twinkly lights, and cake topper they chose for their wedding cake.

It's a wee while since I have been asked to make a 3 tier fondant covered wedding cake !!
Really enjoyed this lots of muscle power rolling out the fondant and making sure each tier was spot on !!!
Three tiers with the following flavours.
Red velvet with white chocolate ganache buttercream.
Caramel with biscoff crunch.
Lemon filled with beautiful lemon buttercream.

A busy week last week lovely designs and flavours for different celebrations 🍾
Also getting a few entries put together for the 'Leaf Show' was hectic!!!!!
Edible handmade farm animals which I haven't made in ages so had lots of fun with these .

This weekend I have a wedding cake and a bit time off to get up to speed with a few things !!!!!!!!
That might be a facial lol 😆
