THE NEXT FOLD LOCALS NIGHT IS NANDO’S INSPIRED 🍗

We’re bringing a little peri-peri magic to Fold for this month’s Locals Night.

Join us from 5pm on Thursday 25th June for a menu inspired by one of the nation’s favourite chicken spots, with plates from £10-£12 and all the flame-grilled goodness you’d expect.

This week, we’re showcasing milk from Low Sizergh Farm in Kendal — a beautiful third-generation Lake District farm known for its exceptional organic raw milk.

Churned into our ice cream and paired with rich chocolate namelaka, this flavour is all about simplicity, provenance and quality ingredients done properly.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Locals Night Burritos & Fajitas event. We were absolutely blown away by the support, and we’re delighted to say it was a complete sell-out!

Hospitality continues to face challenging times, so seeing our local community come together and support us like this means more than words can say. Nights like these remind us why we love what we do.

Please join us in welcoming Steven, our Supervisor, and Amelia, our Chef de Partie, to the Fold team!

Both Steven and Amelia have been a dream to work with and we’re thrilled to have them on board. Amelia is currently finishing her culinary training at college, bringing fresh creativity and passion to the kitchen, while Steven’s love of wine and extensive knowledge make him a fantastic addition to the team and guest experience.
