Today, the time has come, to say Good Bye to Jane 😢

Jane has been a huge part of our team here at The Woods for over 20 years. First visiting as a pillion on her husband’s motorbike!

She is leaving us for a new challenge … & now will be taking time off in the school holidays & working term time only 🏫

Quite the opposite of working here at The Woods being quieter during term time & busier during school holidays 🤪

Jane has been an integral part of the foundations at The Woods over the last 24 years and we will miss the person that she has become.

Jane is one of the kindest and most genuine people we know & always keen to make sure she does things right.

This is now Jane’s time to take a step away from what she has known for so long, and we are all so excited for her.

Jane, thank you so much for all your commitment, hard work and everything you’ve given to The Woods, the team and to our customers.

We know it’s not goodbye as we will still see you on the other side of the counter.

We’ll miss you, but we’re wishing you every bit of happiness and success in what comes next - you go girl 💪🏼❤️✨

Thank you to all our customers this evening that turned up on our last late night Wednesday for this year 😞

However, we are still open seven days a week 830am - 430pm in October & November 😀

We will be donating £194.70 in total to Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance 🚁

Thankfully there were a few lucky number 3️⃣0️⃣’s pulled out 🎉

And thank you to Gary who pulled a 3️⃣0️⃣ but still wanted to pay for his order that was going to be free so we donated £30 plus the value of his order of £12.70 as well 😇

So, every customer that visits between 430pm - 730pm will be offered to draw a random number between 1-30 when they have ordered & ready to pay 🧐

If your number ends in:

0️⃣ or 5️⃣ you pay for your order but we will match the value of your order & donate it to the charity we support Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance

Draw the number 3️⃣0️⃣ & you get your order for free & we donate £30 to charity 🚁

This Wednesday is definitely all about the bikes day time & night time 🧐

The Tour of Britain is taking to the roads of Lincolnshire... on Wednesday, 2nd September 2026 setting off from Lincoln at 1030am are are due to come past WILLINGHAM WOODS KIOSK mid morning ⏰

If you fancy watching them from the layby we would suggest arriving from 1030am due to travelling support vehicles & any temporary road closures as they whizz past 🚲💨

There anticipated arrival time is between 11:12am to 11:18am 👀

We are open all day from 830am to 8pm

Here’s one of our original team Becky P (along with Janet aka my Mum) who popped in to say hello …she worked at the Kiosk for several years when we were at school together.

We couldn’t quite believe it was probably 40 years ago when she use to ‘boss’ us all about 🤣

Still lovely as ever after all this time 😊
