DOLCITA 🍺

Every hop deserves its moment.

Dolcita first appeared as Batch #1026, when Brewer Ant spotted a 5kg bag of hops in the brewhouse that was waiting for the right b**r to come along.

So, he gave it one of its own. Brewed with Cascade, Chinook and Dolcita, then generously dry hopped with Citra Cryo and even more Dolcita, the result went down rather well.

So well, in fact, we’ve brought it back as a Seasonal Cask.

Expect juicy peach, tropical fruit and bright citrus, with a clean malt backbone and gentle bitterness.

Turns out that bag was worth saving. 🍺
