Morning everyone! Thank you for your input on the poll yesterday.

It will close at 5pm tonight when pre orders for Sunday will open.

Menu for Sunday is:

Bacon, cheddar and spring onion sourdough
Ploughman’s Sourdough
Plain sourdough

Sandwich loaves
Soft rolls

Salted butter

I have made some chocolate chip sourdough cookies to stock in the bread shed tomorrow!

Brown butter, milk, dark and white chocolate chips, flaky sea salt sprinkled on the top. Gooey and delicious. We had lots of more but they went pretty fast as my husband and kids were “chief testers” I’m told lol.

Hope you get to enjoy one!

Don’t forget we open at 8.30am tomorrow. We have plain sourdough, pepperoni- mozzarella and cheddar.
Yeasted sandwich loaves, soft butter glazed rolls and some yummy hand churned salted butter.

After selling out so fast last week I have again made lots to be fully stocked!

Fellow bakers… what label printers are you using? I need a new one that prints lots and at a reasonable speed… recommendations please! ❤️

Played around with a Plaoughmans loaf today. Cheddar, red onion and Branston Pickle. It’s light and fluffy, cheesy with jammy sweetness form the pickle and a little texture with the onion. Would be nice for a picnic (if it ever stops raining!)

Menu for this Sunday:

Sourdough

Plain sourdough
Pepperoni pizza sourdough - with fresh basil, pizza sauce, mozzarella and chopped pepperoni
Cheddar Sourdough

Yeasted loaves

Sandwich
Butter glazed soft rolls

Hand churned artisanal Butter

Salted
Roasted garlic and herb

There may be some other treats available on the day if I get time this week 😉

As usual collection will be Sunday morning from 8.30am.

So I’m going to open on Wednesday for pre orders only.

Order form link is below. Sourdough country loaves and cheddar loaves. I’ve added some sourdough focaccia options also. They’re great for sandwiches!also the usual Sandwich loaves and butter glazed rolls and a salted butter.

Same premise as Sundays; bagged up orders named and butters in the pink cool box.

If there is a lot of interest I can make some available without pre order in the coming weeks.

Pre orders for this will only be open until tomorrow at 5pm so I have enough time to prep the bread to ferment correctly. After this closes, the form for this Sunday will open
