To all of our amazing customers,
This has been such a difficult post to write because I never like letting anyone down. ❤️
After a lot of thought, I've made the decision that Tammy Coffee House will be closed every Sunday from now on.
As many of you know, we're a small family-run business, and for the past 20 months I've poured my heart and soul into making Tammy Coffee House the warm, welcoming place it is today. I've worked six days a week, often from early mornings until late evenings, baking, serving coffee, cleaning, ordering stock, and doing everything behind the scenes. I wouldn't change it because I truly love what I do and I love seeing all of your friendly faces every day.
But I've realised that I also need to look after myself and spend some much-needed time with my husband and family. Taking Sundays to rest and reset will help me come back every Monday full of energy, ready to bake all your favourite cakes, savouries and treats, and make the fresh coffee you all love.
I'm so sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. Please know this wasn't an easy decision. My hope is that, when I find the right person to join our little team, we'll be able to open on Sundays again.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every coffee you've bought, every cake you've enjoyed, every recommendation you've given, every kind word, and every bit of support you've shown over the past 20 months. Supporting a small business isn't just about making a purchase—it's about helping someone's dream continue, and you've done exactly that for me.
You've laughed with me, encouraged me on the hard days, celebrated the good days, and become so much more than customers. Many of you have become friends, and I honestly can't thank you enough.
Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued support. It truly means the world to me, and I can't wait to welcome you back every Monday morning with fresh bakes, fresh coffee, and a big smile.
