Here at Team Balsamico we are looking to recruit a bar manager - for a mid January start:

Responsibilities include:

- Customer Experience: Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring high service standards.

- Menu and Marketing: Developing drinks menus and planning promotions. Cocktail experience preferred.

- Inventory & Ordering: Taking stock and reordering supplies and keeping fridges well stocked at all times.

- Planning of staff rotas and advance.

- Operations: Overseeing daily activities, ensuring cleanliness, enforcing safety/ sanitation and managing POS systems.
