GUESS THE 4 INGREDIENTS, WIN A SLICE 🍕

First 3 people to name all four exactly in the comments get a slice on the house 🧡 We’re being proper Sicilian about it, so be specific. “Cheese” won’t cut it, we want to know which one. (The basil’s a freebie, it doesn’t count 🌿)

This one’s brand new and dropping Tuesday. Something melty and a whole lot of flavour piled high on our handmade base. That’s all the clues you’re getting.

Winners announced Tuesday when it lands on the menu. Tag someone who’d smash this.

Every arancino rolled by hand. Every pizza stretched by hand. 🧡

Fresh rice, slow cooked fillings, golden breadcrumbs straight into the fryer. Dough we make ourselves, stretched by hand and out of the oven bubbling. No shortcuts, just proper Sicilian comfort made the way we grew up eating it.✨

That’s the Rizzo’s way, here in Manchester.

This weekend, we’re taking over Cloudwater 🧡

Golden arancini straight from the fryer, pizza with proper Sicilian flavour, and a cold Cloudwater pint in your hand. That’s the plan for the weekend, and you’re invited.

Cloudwater pop up 🍻
Fri 25th | 5pm to 9pm
Sat 26th | 1pm to 10pm
Sun 27th | 1pm to 5pm

And don’t worry, we’re still at Big Hands 🙌 as always. Friday and Saturday, 4pm till late.

Saturday’s event round up 🧡

Red Bank, for Found . Courtyard full, DJs on, spritz flowing, arancini going out golden and hot all afternoon. 🫂

Then Manchester Psych Fest across the city. Beta Band, Stereolab, Ty Segall, and a lot of very good people queuing for something crispy between sets. 🌀

Big Hands too, as always, 296 Oxford Rd. Full menu, same kitchen, busy from 4pm. 🙌

On top of that we’re out at Found + Friends Summer Social at Red Bank, 1pm till 7pm, and at Manchester Psych Fest across the city. 🗺️

Arancini at both. Golden, crispy, hot from the fryer, soft and saucy in the middle. Made to eat standing up with a drink in the other hand.

Back in Sicily, the market was where everything happened. Where you got your ingredients, where the food did the talking. Same energy we’re bringing to Campfield tomorrow.🇮🇹

Campfield has been a market since 1878. Traders, stalls, people gathering round good food. Not new to Manchester, and not new to us either.

Made with the same care our family’s always cooked with, just set up under a different roof this time. 🕰️
