We’ve freshly remade our homemade Lemon Squash syrup — slow-cooked with lemon peel and warm spices for a bright, refreshing finish.

You can enjoy it:
without coffee for a clean citrus cooler
or
paired with our Ethiopian espresso for a sparkling fruity coffee soda experience.

We’ll also be rotating different Ethiopian coffees every 1–2 weeks, featuring different processes and roasters.
So each visit might bring subtle new flavours and little changes in the cup for you to discover.
