We're here 9am–3pm today as usual ☕️ 🥗 🥪 🧁

🧶 Forget Me Knit is on this afternoon (it's open to all kinds of yarn crafts, not just knitting). i've been busy felting (new favourite thing) as well as crocheting recently, so if you've got something like that on the go, bring it along.

New members are always welcome 😊 There's a suggested donation of £2, but nobody is ever turned away 🤗

👧 Don't forget we have children's meals available for just £5 while it's still half term for some littler people too. And Syd’s Breakfast and Lunches also here if you’re feeling the pinch at the moment 🤗

Just a reminder that we'll be closed tomorrow (Thursday) as usual.

Morning everyone ❤️ Here 9am–3pm as usual 😊

✂️ It's Community Cuts day today ✂️
I’m booked up again which is amazing! I love doing hair so much❤️ Occasionally I get a cancellation or find a little extra time for a quick cut, so if you haven't managed to book in you could always take a chance and pop in. I can't promise anything though, sorry guys 🤗

We also have Friendship Café on today ☕😊 A friendly space where you can come for a chat, do something crafty, have a go at a puzzle or game, or just enjoy some company.

If you're not joining us for either of those, it's business as usual! Paul and Clarkey will be busy serving up breakfast, brunch and lunch, along with all the usual drinks and treats, while I'm chatting and cutting hair ✂️

I was busy making lots of fresh bakes last night too, so we're all restocked and ready to go 🍰😊

Also, we're asking again... what's your favourite savoury thing that we make? 🤔 We didn't get many answers yesterday, so let us know in the comments please! 🙏❤️

Hey guys, it’s a new week!😊❤️

Thank you to everyone who dropped in on Saturday! It was a busy one and it really meant a lot to see our little cafe full of new and familiar faces 🙏 ❤️

We had a lovely Sunday off for some family time yesterday, but we are back open this morning and ready to see how this week goes 😊

It’s still half term for some lucky children, so if you’re looking for somewhere to head today, come and see us… even if the Stretford weather is dull, the sun always shines at Uplift!!! ☀️ 🌈 Our play area is prepped, colouring is out, and you can bring along a board game too.

📚 Storytime with Georgie is on this morning for the little ones at 9:15am.

Or, if you’re catching up on some work or just fancy a quiet half hour to yourself, let us look after you too. The coffee is flowing and food fuel and treats are ready 🍰☕️
