It's been 12 months since we set up The Fresh Prep Kitchen- Providing fresh calorie and macro balanced meals, starting out with just 4 customers making a total of 17 meals per week 😳.

One year on and lots of hard work later we've:

✅ Built a loyal customer base
✅ Provide customers with 200+ meals per week
✅ Meals are stocked at a local gym Thrive Gym Bolton
✅ Gained a Team GB Olympian as a customer Ross Cullen

We can't wait to see what the next 12 months brings! 😊

All meals are calorie and macro counted. Healthy eating couldn't be made any easier.
