And very proudly, Lunya & Lunyalita are in this list. Sometimes, your own self doubt tells you what you create is not very good. It’s fabulous to get recognition like this. Spanish Government a few weeks ago, Telegraph last week and now the Observer. We must be doing something right 😊

At Lunya, crisp and juicy Torreznos de Soria are paired with a medium-bodied Prieto Picudo from León, a fruity red with notes of plum and violet that balances the rich, savoury pork.

At Lunyalita, we have Salt & Pepper Chipirones with chilli, garlic and spring onion are served with Rioja Blanco, it’s fresh and fruity with a crisp, dry finish perfect with the delicate squid and gentle heat.
