This special release was blended and bottled with nothing more than time, patience, and a touch of sugar — capturing the layered complexity of the deeper, malt-forward beers resting in our barrel store.

A blend of amber and rye wild ales designed to pair beautifully with our menu. The result is rich, nuanced, and quietly expressive.

This is an evening in the company of Glenrothes whisky distillery throughout which we will serve their iconic range of scotch whisky in various forms. Start with a welcome cocktail and snacks from the kitchen, followed by a Whisky themed 4 course menu of Adams signature food style paired with wines from our cellar. Georgia from Glenrothes will introduce the whiskies throughout the night delving deep into the history and processes involved.
