Wow! Last night we came in at no.29 in the Top 100 UK Restaurants 2026.⁠ A significant hop up the list from last year’s no.60 and we couldn’t be prouder. ⁠

There are so many incredible restaurants on that list and it’s an honour to be recognised alongside them. We couldn’t not mention , who received the Outstanding Industry Contribution Award last night and who was shortlisted in the Chef to Watch category. , where Mark is head chef, was included in this year’s list for the first time - a massive achievement.⁠
