We have some bittersweet news - after more than two years at Skof, today is Conor’s last day. He’s been with us since day one, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything he’s achieved during his time with us.

As Conor moves on to his next chapter, Iorri and Matt will be stepping up in the kitchen to support Tom. It’s a really exciting opportunity for them, and we can’t wait to see what they bring to the pass.

Thank you for everything, Conor, and here’s to the next chapter for Iorri and Matt!
