It's Negroni week!
(And we're super excited about it)

This year, we're taking Negroni Week seriously, so all week at Noi Quattro (22nd - 27th) you can find an exclusive menu full of new Negroni flavours.

And what's even better - your Negroni becomes just £5.5 when you buy a pizza - that's half price! 🍕

Because nothing pairs better with a classic Italian pizza than a classic Italian cocktail.

No matter how you drink your Negroni (and you can take our quiz to double check) we've got you covered.

We'll see you there!

In Italy we say "non è un addio, ma un arrivederci"

This is not a goodbye, but a see you later. Deni, we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us over the years. You have always been there behind the scenes, supporting us in every role imaginable.

A photographer, a chef, a problem solver, a constant in The Pasta Factory & Noi Quattro family.

We know that this isn't the end, and that we'll see you later, but it doesn't make saying goodbye any easier.

We wish you the best of luck and we will always be here to support you.

Arrivederci Deni! We'll miss you.

The Pasta Factory and Noi Quattro Team.

We’re much better at making pizza than keeping up with social media trends

Luckily, pizza rankings are based on what’s on the plate… not on the algorithm.

For the fourth year in a row, we’ve been recognised as one of the Excellence in Europe🏆

We celebrated the only way we know how: making great pizza.

Come and celebrate with us!
