Deep fried soft silky aubergines, levantine parsley salad, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, pomegranate seeds, pickled gherkins, eggs, creamy tahini sauce and green chilli zhoug in a fluffy pitta. Too good to miss 🤤

Had loads of fun with the awesome loaf_manchester manchester who taught us how to do our first reel 📸 and fed us amazing cake all weekend - check them out! 🤩🧁
