Spring has arrived at last, bringing with it the promise of warmer days—and we couldn’t be happier. 🌿

To mark the season, and to celebrate SAMPA’s inclusion in the Michelin Guide 2026, we’re opening additional sittings in May so we can welcome you all to celebrate with us.
