Sous Chef Opportunity 👨🍳👩🍳
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated Sous Chef who is seeking to grow their management skills and to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with a passionate and committed team at an independent, busy free house.
As a free house we are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of preparing and cooking fresh produce and delivering exceptional, inspired dishes and menu selections. They will have outstanding culinary skills, creative flair as well as attention to detail.
The right candidate will work alongside the current head chef at implementing effective kitchen controls and paperwork, and also work to excellent standards of health and hygiene at all times.
An ability to motivate and manage the team from the front during the Head Chefs absence will also be key.
The successful candidate can look at an excellent salary structure with the opportunity of future progression and higher earnings.
