A new phase of growth begins.

After 16 years in the café , closing a chapter that has shaped so much of who I am.
Sixteen years of long days, flour-dusted aprons, familiar faces walking through the door, and conversations that turned customers into friends.

The café wasn’t just a job — it was a rhythm, a second home. It taught me resilience, creativity, and the quiet magic of feeding people well.

But growth asks us to be brave.

Now I’m stepping into a new phase — one that feels both exciting and deeply personal. I’m pouring everything I’ve learned into Moss & Ember — a business rooted in warmth, craft, and connection.

With Moss & Ember, I’m offering outside catering, handmade bakes, pastries and personalised cakes for all occasions, small-batch jams and chutneys, artisan breads, and beautifully curated graze tables.

It’s about slowing down, honouring ingredients, and creating food that feels thoughtful and generous.

This move feels like finding myself again — not leaving the past behind, but carrying it forward in a new way. Every loaf, every jar, every graze table holds a piece of those 16 years — the lessons, the love, the care.

Closing the café chapter is bittersweet, but it’s also empowering. It’s proof that we’re allowed to evolve. That after years of building something wonderful, we can still build something new.
