Well the season is over and now to make the hives ready for winter,we always leave enough honey for the bees to feed over winter and keep some spare for them if they run out, saying that the ladies have been buzzy so plenty of honey jarred and ready to collect 🐝🍯👍

If honey looks and tastes exactly the same year after year…

that consistency didn’t come from bees.

Honey reflects:

• seasonal bloom
• forage diversity
• elevation
• rainfall
• colony health

Which means true honey varies naturally.

Color shifts.
Flavor changes.
Crystallization patterns differ.

Uniform honey is often blended or processed for shelf stability.

Living honey carries the fingerprint of where bees worked.

🍯 We harvest by location and season so each jar reflects the land that produced it.

Follow for raw honey education grounded in real beekeeping.
