Afternoon

On Friday I’ll be starting the day in Maldon, a historic town well known for its maritime heritage, historic quayside and world-famous sea salt, before heading on to Chelmsford, famous for being the birthplace of radio thanks to pioneering work by Marconi and for its status as Essex’s only city.

I’ll be visiting a number of micropubs and pubs throughout the day to see what the area has to offer.
