Bánh Cuốn is one of Vietnam’s most beloved traditional dishes. Made from thin, silky sheets of steamed rice batter, each roll is filled with a savoury mixture of minced pork, wood ear mushrooms, and fragrant shallots.

Served alongside slices of chả quế (Vietnamese cinnamon pork sausage), juicy grilled pork, fresh herbs, crispy fried shallots, and a side of nước chấm — a light, tangy dipping sauce that perfectly balances the dish.

BBQ season is here and we're all for it. Vietnamese BBQ just hits different - we marinated our meat with lemongrass, herbs, spices, and a splash of our homemade Vietnamese fish sauce.

These are our BBQ pork. You can have them with jasmine rice, or bún noodle, served with fresh salad, pickled veg, and our homemade dipping sauce.

P.S We also have chicken and pork chop.
