We will be closed this afternoon due to a burst water pipe in Dettling which unfortunately has affected us and now we have no running water. We are very sorry for any inconveniences this may cause and we are hoping to re open later on in the afternoon.

If you have been contacted from WhatsApp and have received a message from a Dutch phone number concerning your hotel accommodation, PLEASE DO NOT click on any links or provide any payment or credit card details.

This message is fraudulent.

We are aware of the issue and are working closely with our hotel booking system provider to resolve it as quickly as possible. Additional security measures have already been implemented between our booking system and third-party booking platforms, including Booking.com, Expedia and Hotels.com.

We have been advised that the individuals responsible are attempting to contact guests again using information obtained during a previous security incident. As a result, some guests may continue to receive these fraudulent messages from different phone numbers.

We sincerely apologise for any concern or inconvenience this may cause. If you receive one of these messages, please:

• Take a screenshot of the message
• Forward the screenshot to our WhatsApp number: +44 7511 695130
• Report the sender as spam
• Block the number immediately

Please bear with us while we work to resolve this matter. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
