HOLD MY BIRRIA IS BACK🚨

Beef brisket bathed in a rich sauce made from arbol, ancho and chipotle chillies. Then cooked low and slow until it falls apart, finished with a toluqeña hot sauce made from jalapeño and garlic for a gentle kick and topped with picked red onions and coriander.
