BEEF CHUCK LOADED FRIES

🍖 We have chosen Beef Chuck over any other cut for our dirty fries for one simple reason - fat content!

The Chuck is smoked low and slow with a simple rub of cracked black & sea salt and that additional fat content results in a meat thats more tender & flavourful. Could there be a better reason?

Served on our double cooked chips with chipotle mayo, sweet puckled jalapeno & sumac pickled onion. 🔥
