Our Mongers took time out in London today for a customised QA grading and cupping course!

The detail that goes into understanding the QA grading tasting notes, defects, and degrees of roast for coffee beans, is incredibly important for being able to serve top-notch speciality coffee in the cafe. With this experience, we continue to build solid foundations to hold ourselves and the cafe to a high standard, and hopefully in the future we can translate this into some ace exclusive coffee experiences hosted by ourselves 👀.

We also checked out the third-wave coffee scene in London to gather experience and inspiration to bring back for our Mongers family :).

This city (Pitalito, Huila) is the biggest coffee producer in the region, and internationally known by their top tier coffee quality! Coffee productivity continues to increase through upgrades to farm practices and coffee quality, meaning that more Colombian coffee of such high quality can be brought to your doorstep 🙏🧡.

ALTITUDE: 1,340 - 1,800 masl.
