The Sheaf Shack is coming along nicely and will hopefully be making its debut tonight alongside the Friday night BBQ. We’ll have Asahi and Thatchers on tap as well as a selection of bottles, wine, spirits and softies. Whilst we do have a till in there, unfortunately it will be cash only at the shack until we can get hold of another card machine. Don’t forget we’re open all day on Fridays now too!

You’ve been asking all week so the BBQ is back tonight from 4.30pm 🙌 we’re open all day and the weather has finally started to dry out so pop down and grab a table ready to enjoy some weekend drinks and food 🍔🌭🍺

Preparations are underway for Barney’s birthday barbie 🥳🥳 we’ve been blessed with the weather again so we’ll be serving burgers, jumbo dogs and fries from our outside area from 5pm tonight 🍔🌭🍟🍺

Gas has been reconnected and we’re up and running 🎉 the kitchen will be open 12-2pm as usual

We currently have no gas supply to our cooker and oven; if we cannot get this sorted then we won’t be able to open the kitchen today (Wednesday) Please keep your fingers crossed and check back for updates 🤞

Please be aware that our kitchen will be closed on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd June due to a full extraction and deep clean. The bar will be open as usual both days and the kitchen will reopen on Wednesday 3rd June

WOW!!! What an incredible weekend…. You’ve just about eaten and drunk us dry!! Thank you all SO much for your support, the newbies Asahi and Amstel have absolutely flown out and Barney’s BBQ and Frenchies fries have been a huge hit! We’ve got some mega restocking to do so with this in mind we hope you understand that tomorrow our kitchen will be closed (well, we might be able to offer more loaded fries if the delivery arrives in time!) The bar will be open 11.30-2.30 and 5-10 as usual serving all your faves, along with pork pies, mustard sausages and sausage rolls. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and good night to you all ♥️

We’ve decided to close our kitchen today and instead run the BBQ from 12.30pm until stocks last. It’s going to be an absolute scorcher of a day, what a great bank holiday weekend we’ve had with the weather ☀️☀️☀️
