There's a version of Friday that ends with lemon cheesecake, and it's a better version.
Bright, sharp, properly zesty, with that soft-set filling that only really works when someone's taken the time to get it right. It's the kind of pudding that cuts through a heavy week.
Pair it with a coffee, or don't, and just have it on its own by the river. Either way works.
