A couple of my regulars had been blethering last week, wondering ‘what flavour will she come up with next?’ They thought double decker might work, so thank you Calum, Pam & Terry!!! Great idea. 💡

About all the customers who visit me at the cart; many of you have become my valued regulars. And from that, friends!

You’ve also become friends with each other. 😃👯‍♀️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙌

Nothing makes me happier at work, than seeing you all hang around and have a blether at the cart.

It fills me with joy. 🥰💕

I hope, on good days and bad, you continue to come along, get oot o the hoose, and maybe switch your head into a different place by just having a blether!

Dad has been asked to stand in as compère tonight, for ‘A great night of Scottish music’ at Elgin Parish Church, 7pm. So oot came the auld notes & jokes; he’s been studying!

Initially I planned to bake strawberry & lime, but nae limes in the wee Coopy, so it’s strawberry & white chocolate instead. Sugar-topped for good measure. 🙌

I’ve brought back the raspberry & white chocolate blondie 😃🙌 as it’s summer in a fancy piece.

Choc full of fresh and freeze dried raspberries, stuffed with white chocolate for sweetness, it’s to die for!
