So apparently the weather is just about to change again in readiness for our amazing news 🌞

Launched this week, let us introduce you to our new range of iced drinks. ❄️

Choose from our range of iced coffees and new for 2026 you can also get your warm hands on our iced teas.

Choose from our iced Latte or Americano made with beans from from Ross on Wye.

Or choose from our range of iced teas including,

THANK YOU. We had a great day at the Spring Forest Food Festival yesterday. We and everyone who came along for the day survived
the heatwave. 🥵🥵.
We were all flat out
on Saturday preparing all of the loaves and pastries. The baking team were in at 5 to get everything fresh out of
the oven. Top day.... ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟.

Thank you to everyone who visited today, it was a warm one in the Bakehouse today but worth every moment when our lovely customers enjoy our bakes so much. ❤️

TOMORROW we're at the Forest Showcase Food Festival, and we'd love to see you all there.

We will have an abundance of bread and pastries, all baked fresh in the morning, we have an early start on the bake to ensure it all arrives on time.

As a special treat we have a double Sourdough Sunday Special......

Turmeric and Raisin
Great with a curry or cheeses, one of our new special loaves which is fast becoming a customer favourite. 😋

And......

Double Gloucester Cheese and Red Onion with . This new loaf launched as a colab with earlier in the year makes another rare appearance on the Bakehouse counter.
No need to chase it down a hill like the cheeses name sake, just make sure you visit our stall early to avoid missing out.

See you all when the show opens in the morning. ❤️

We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a new flavour to our counter, let us introduce you to our new bun on the block.......

After a few weeks of testing and tasting, hard job but it has to be done to ensure it tastes amazing! 😀

Our new cardamon knot, a wonderfully soft and pillowy bun, shaped into a knot with an aromatic sweet cardamon butter all wrapped up inside.

As this is a new introduction, limited numbers from out 1st batch available tomorrow.

We had a little dabble with a new Danish flavour earlier today, Blueberry Cheesecake Crumble.🫐

As this is a new flavour with limited numbers while we test customer demand, we may well sell out early in the morning.

No need to panic, if you love them as much as we do they will be making further appearances over the next few weeks.

Our Sourdough Saturday Special for tomorrow is,

Carraway

We take some amazing fragrant Carraway seeds and wrap them them up in our Rustic Dough, great just toasted and topped with butter, ideal as an acompliment to a hearty soup and equally happy paired with your favourite meats and chesse. A great all round flavoured loaf.

Let us introduce you to our Saturday Sourdough Special.

This week's special loaf is currently sitting in the fridge at Bakehouse HQ going through it's final slow rise before it's big bake off in the morning.

You can see the ripples of Double Gloucester Cheese sourced direct from amongst the pops of Red Onion, it smells amazing now and tastes even better once baked in the morning.

Limited numbers as always with our Saturday Specials, though this week we have manged to increase the quantity a little so hopefully we will not run out too early. 🤞
