Dough, fire and simplicity.

Our chefs trained in Naples, where pizza is more than a recipe. It is tradition, instinct and an art perfected over generations.

Some evenings here feel a bit like being in Italy.

Not because we try to recreate it —
but because the food, the people, and the atmosphere come from the same place.

Some guests have been coming here for years.

Not because the place is trendy —
but because the food tastes the same every time.

There’s a small town in the mountains of Campania called San Potito Sannitico.

It’s where our story begins.
The recipes you taste at Sarracino today started there — long before the restaurant opened in West Hampstead in 2004.
