In 2014, the Green Dragon pub in Winchmore Hill closed its doors after almost 300 years of history. But that wasn't the end of the story. The Little Green Dragon Ale House opened in August 2017: a community-focussed "micropub" going back to the basics of good beer and conversation. No slot machines, no loud music, no TV screens. If this is your bike, we have it safely. It was a bu**er of a job getting it through the pub door still attached to our cargo bike. I was so tempted to get the angle grinder out.
Please call in tomorrow and collect it. Email the pub [email protected] if you want to collect it before we open, which we would prefer.
In future we might need to ban people from locking their bikes to our cargo bike. Grrr.

How often do you see a brass band at the Little Green Dragon? (or any pub for that matter)

Come down this Sunday (19th July) to see the LGD Brass Band in action! They've been rehearsing hard on some favourite tunes, and they will be starting at 3.30pm.

Please bring some cash as the jug collection will be for 2nd Enfield Boys Brigade.

This Wednesday evening, Vic Newman will be playing at the Little Green Dragon from 7.30pm to raise money for Noah's Ark Children's Hospice.

Rumour has it that there's some football on that evening, so we might be a bit quieter than usual. If you're not watching the football then please do try and come down and support Vic.
