🍋Yuzu & Wai-iti Pale 4.2%🍋

🪨SKIMMER💨 is back for another bounce, this time with some tasty NZ Wai-iti hops to help that yuzu glide through.

This slick little pebble has a smooth malty base to carry those delish Hallertau Blanc hops, hot-side, with some light herbal and wine notes. We sent some Wai-iti hops in for a dry-hop to add those big, juicy mandarine, apricot jams, and lime times. For our final fling, Yuzu Juice bringing heaps of tangy, bitter zings - yum!😋

✨NEIPA 6.3%✨

TYPO is our latest juicy NEIPA, exploring new hop varieties.

We started this one with a smooth, malty backbone a and soft, oaty mouthfeel. Going in both hot and koldside is one of our fav modern hops, Krush, with a full fruit salad of mango, guava, peach, & berry. Alongside this, in the dry hop, we launched a delish new Aus hop, Luna, with even more mango, dark berry, and spicy citrus notes.

🦜PARAKEET🦜 is a beauty of a fruity pie🥧. Oozing with big sour peach & apricot jaminess. We went with a smooth grist to keep this one light as a feather, but still packed the little chatterbox with plenty of fruity goodness. Both peach and apricot puree went for a dive cold side, along with some vanilla, to pop a lid on the tasty sour pud🦜🍑✨🧡🥧

Cirtus Radler 3.3%

LARK is a singing lil’ Radler with Tango hops and packed full of joyful lemon and lime juiciness.
This one’s got some classic German feels with a light, crisp lager base. Then, plenty of modern citrus tangs from Hallertau Tango hops, as well as lime zest in the whirlpool. To finish off this carefree little singer, we added big glugs of lime and lemon puree, cold-side.

🌸FULL BLOOM🌸 is a super sessionable, spring hazy pale ale. Brewed with our good friends, The Hastings Project.

Heaps of wheat & oats make up the bed of this silky number. Centennial hops go in for a spring spin, hot side, with another ploom alongside Cascade hops in the dry hop, bringing a full garland of floral & citrus aromas 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

A soft, hazy IPA hopped with a big dash of Dolcita hops and given it the low and slow treatment to add that SECRET SAUCE to the mix. We are getting bowls full of creamy peaches, even more peaches and cream, plus just a smidge of crème de pêche🍑🍑🍑

✨REALMS✨ Rustic Pale 4.8%🌾
Full of Bestmalz Heidelberg, Spelt, Malted Wheat, Jumbo Oats, Carapils, & Chit Malts. We fermented this rural wonder in Lallemand Farmhouse yeast, which adds a dry, phenolic spice to the smooth, savoury backbone. Finally, some big trop-pop mango hoppy goodness, coming from the Mosaic hops🥭🥭🥭

Finally, this pastoral scene is brought to life with some big trop-pop mango hoppy goodness.
