We're a family run pub full of character and characters, where people come to relax in a warm, friendly environment. When it comes to food and drink we take things very seriously, offering classic drinks and simple dishes and doing them well. Choose from a carefully edited selection of drinks, from real

ales to wide selection of gins and great wines. Comfort eat your way through one of our great british dishes, made from the best seasonally sourced produce. We are just a few minutes walk from Ruislip Crematorium and able to cater for private funeral receptions up to 60 people in our quiet and charming lounge bar.

From Monday 17th August – Friday 4th September, we’ll be running a slightly shorter lunchtime menu here at The Woody. 🌿

But don’t worry – there’ll still be plenty of tasty choices! 😋

🍇 Our grapevine is absolutely thriving! 🍇

Just look at it! 😍

Every year our grapevine gets more impressive, but this season it really has outdone itself. It’s now covered in hundreds of beautiful bunches of grapes, creating a stunning feature in our garden.

Whether you’re joining us for a pint, a bite to eat, or one of our upcoming events, make sure you take a moment to look up and admire it. 🌿☀️

We’re so lucky to have such a beautiful garden for everyone to enjoy, and we can’t wait to watch these grapes continue to ripen over the coming weeks. A huge thank you to Benjamin Spencer Doughty - Every flower, plant and corner of our garden reflects the love, pride and hard work he puts into it. He truly gives it his all, and it shows. We know so many of you comment on how beautiful our garden is and that’s down to him. Thank you for everything you do, Ben. 💚🍇
