Thank you. A million times over. ❤️

We’re going to take a bit of time while we work through all of this, but we’ll be back in some way, somehow, before long.

We cannot say thank you enough for the friends we’ve made for life, the opportunities we’ve been part of, and the support we’ve been shown in ways we didn’t even know existed until now.

Once we’ve picked ourselves back up and dusted ourselves off, please do drop us a message. Let’s have a coffee (we know some amazing places 😉), stay connected and have a proper catch-up. We can’t wait to have a little more time to be involved with life again and, if you ever need a hand with something, you know we’ll be there.

Damsel has been everything we dreamed of. It has served so many people, ourselves included. We’re better because of it, and we know it will continue to lead somewhere good, even if we don’t quite know what that looks like yet.

What’s gone is never lost, only changed.

So keep an eye out, look after yourselves and love your people. 🫂 And if you can, keep showing your local businesses all the love you can spare. So many are trying their best to push against the current climate, doing what they do because they genuinely care about their communities and what they create. Nothing is guaranteed, every bit of support is appreciated.

Get S**t Done is back and slightly more evolved 🫡 thank you all so much for the love on our first admin night and to everyone who came 🥹🫶🏽 we did indeed GET S**T DONE

We’ve adjusted the structure of the night too:
from 6–9pm we’ll be running focused work blocks, then the final hour turns into a softer social/networking wind-down so you can actually talk, connect and celebrate getting your life together a bit.

You’ll also get a task sheet when you arrive so you can write down what you want to get through, track it properly and enjoy the deeply underrated feeling of ticking things off.

Think:
body doubling with girls who also have 47 tabs open in their brain,
tiny rewards for completing tasks,
good drinks,
low pressure,
and finally replying to that email you’ve been avoiding for 3 weeks.

You can come to:
– clear your life admin
– sort your finances
– apply for things
– untangle your workflow
– start an idea you keep talking about
– finally organise your brain into something usable

Optional 1:1 drop-ins are now available alongside the regular admin night if you want more direct help with structure, planning or getting unstuck.

No productivity bro energy.
No networking event vibes.
Just a room full of us quietly trying to get their s**t together.

this saturday we’ve invited to take over damsel for LE***AN FIELD DAY

and no, this is not just a few dry brownies on a paper plate 🤭
we’re talking tiramisu brownies, miso toffee banana bread, dark chocolate cookies, mango & passionfruit cake… all plant-based, all made properly 🍰

but also - the reason we wanted them here in the first place:
commons is a social enterprise using its profits to help tackle food poverty across the UK, working directly with communities to expand access to good food 🌍

so yes, come for the le***an bake sale AND the le***an field day (ticket link in bio 💌

we’ve opened up our DAY + NIGHT playlists so you can add what you actually listen to. the songs you have on repeat. the ones you found first. the ones you always think “why isn’t everyone listening to this?”

especially women + q***r artists, new names, local artists, and tracks that belong in a space like Damsel.
don’t just add them, tell us who they are 🕺 tag them. put people onto people. and let them know they are loved in our little corner of London!

We’re open for more than 72 hours a week!! (Crazy when we worked that one out 😅) so we figured all that figurative real estate should be filled with the artists you want to hear and support!

we’re using spotify because it’s the easiest way for everyone to actually take part right now. Because this platform is not our preference and whilst we figure out other ways, we’ll be proudly running AUDOO in the background indefinitely- so when their songs play here, artists are being properly tracked and paid outside of spotify too.

Instead of dragging it out at home and not actually doing it - come sit with us and actually get through it.

Productivity focused background music 🎧 quiet focus blocks, loads of plugs and communal tables if you want ultimate body doubling 👯 solo spots if you don’t.

We’ll also have bits like in-house help with prioritising, quick second eyes on things, that final “is this ok to send” check if you need it from our very own (very skilled) team of Damsels 🦋

Every task you finish = a little functioning adult punch 🍹 or sweets 🍬
