Join us this Saturday 25th July in Richmond for Galicia Day where, among many other delicious and exciting things, we’ll be grilling txuleta Rubia Gallega over charcoals on the terrace.

This legendary thick-cut rib steak comes from mature ex-dairy cattle and is widely celebrated for a deep, savoury flavour and rich yellow fat that can only be achieved from years of grazing freely on the lush, coastal pastures of Galicia. Available in a variety of cuts from 500g up to 2kg, we serve ours simply with padrón peppers, chimichurri and flaky sea salt.

Hand-carved, 100% acorn-fed jamón Ibérico from Señorio de Montanera. Traditionally salted and naturally cured, often for more than 36 months, we never get tired of this Spanish delicacy.

Our master carver, Zac, gazing lovingly at a plate of the good stuff. We can’t blame him.
