Creamy ricotta, spinach and Franco’s Grana folded into our slow-rising sourdough. 🌿

Topped with Italian tomato, mozzarella, Ventricina salami and slow-cooked ciccioli. 🍅

Finished with fresh basil. 🌿

Not bad for a half-moon. 🌛🍕
