From an empty, underused carpark and council office building, to a vibrant, mixed-use community workspace called Blue House Yard 🌟

Since 2017, a former youth services building and underused car park have been transformed into a multi-disciplinary creative workspace, providing studio spaces, retail sheds and a bus bar/venue for local creatives, entrepreneurs and the wider community.

Initiated by Haringey Council to activate space during a period of wider town centre regeneration, this meanwhile use project demonstrates how flexible, mixed-use design, led by and can deliver impactful Meanwhile solutions to vacant commercial space. 🌱
