All the wines and spirits proposed are coming from personally chosen winemakers. The selection means knowing them all, and selecting the range that may flatter the variety of different palates. Those winemakers repres

ent a tradition of savoir-faire, a history of legacy and a strong sense Ethics. To match our beverages, we have added a Grocery and Deli market, for consumption on the premises or to take away. We are keeping up with the French Regions, and manage to propose simple dishes matching the beverages, around wine, beer, charcuterie (cured meats) and cheese.
