Colours of Pride 💚

The hospitality community is built on bringing people together, creating spaces where everyone can feel seen, welcomed, accepted, and at home.

This Pride, Schweppes is celebrating the people who make our community so vibrant, creative, and wonderfully diverse, bringing together 12 LGBTQIA+ bartenders from 12 bars across London.

Using the colours of the Pride flag and its respective Schweppes Expression, each bartender has created a cocktail that speaks to them and their q***r community, available from June 22nd - July 5th.

Our own ( ) has created ‘Hakura Highball’, with £2 of every drink sold being donated to .

Named after the orchard beside the home, the Hakoura Highball is a celebration of growth, abundance, and the many shades of green found in nature. Everleaf Forest’s wild botanicals intertwine with a Lebanese c***r reduction and fresh mint, before being uplifted by Schweppes Ginger Ale. Like everything in nature it begins from a single seed, flourishing through time, patience, and nurturing, this highball represents my own personal journey of growth, self discovery and becoming more comfortable with my own sexuality. It reflects a journey of becoming.
