Sweet Lassi

Originating in the Punjab, lassi has long been enjoyed as a respite from the summer heat. Our version combines Greek yoghurt, sugar, cardamom, rose water and kewra water, served chilled.

Mooli Methi Bream, Mooli Kachumber.

Whole sea bream marinated with fenugreek leaves, coriander stems, mint, green chilli and mooli, butterflied and grilled over the sigri. Served on a sun-dried lotus leaf with white radish kachumber and Kasundi mustard.

This Father’s Day, gather for a feast with our Shahi Patiala Suckling Lamb Raan. Said to trace its origins to the wedding banquet of Alexander the Great in 327 BC, known in India as Sikandar, this dish is made for sharing.
