Our cocktail masterclasses put you behind the bar with an expert mixologist: a bit of history, the right kit and two or three cocktails each that you shake yourself. There are prizes for the best, snacks while you stir, and Prosecco on arrival for £5 a head if you fancy it. For groups of 6 or more, 60 or 90 minutes.

Every penny goes towards a private family bedroom in the new Children's Cancer Centre, so families can stay together through the hardest days they'll face.
